Description: The daily dose of 7.5g (3 unit packets) contains 4.20g of Kudzu Formula Plus Cnidium and Magnolia extract powder:
Therapeutic Recommendation (Sho): Available in the Professional Catalog. Request it from Honso USA with a valid healthcare professional license. Abdominal Diagnosis (Hara): Medium abdominal tension with palpate pain around umbilicus. TCM Formulation Strategy: This formula is a combination of ge gen tang, chuan xiong, and xin yi. When patients present with fever and chills without sweating, stiff and rigid neck and upper back, a thin white tongue coating, and a floating tight pulse, ge gen tang is a proper prescription. Based on these symptoms, if there is severe nasal blockage and headache, chuan xiong and xin yi are needed to release the exterior and promote depressed lung qi. Dosage and Administration: The usual adult dose is 7.5g/day orally in 3 divided doses before or between meals. The dosage may be adjusted according to the patient's age, body weight, and symptoms. |
