Ordering Honso Professional Kampo Products

Honso^® professional Kampo products are exclusively for sale to licensed healthcare professionals. Proof of certification, healthcare practice or qualified healthcare institution ID is required for setting up an account with Honso USA or its distributors. To place your order, please call Honso USA at 888-461-5808 Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Arizona Time, or fax your order any time on our fax line: 480-377-6649. All professional orders must in case amount. If less than case order, please call our network of distributors across the nation.

Shipping Policies

Orders for in-stock items will be shipped the same working day if placed before 3 pm. We ship UPS ground whenever possible and we only charge the actual cost of UPS shipping to customers. No handling fee. Please call us for details.

Terms

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders may be placed by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or COD. The COD charge is an additional $6.00. Credit terms are also available, a credit application is required.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened packs when returned within 30 days. There will be a restocking fee applied of 10% after 30 days and 20% after 60 days. To be fully credited for such returns the customer must call for a return authorization and please include a copy of the invoice.

Damaged Packages

We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all its contents, and call us immediately.

Certificate of Analysis

We provide the Certificate of Analysis for every lot of our products upon request. The items tested and reported on every Certificate of Analysis include not only heavy metals, purity and microbial test, but also HPLC testing of the key constituents of 2 to 3 herbs among each formula.
