Ruan Jin Zhao received his Ph.D. in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Cellular Biology from Beijing University of TCM and Pharmacology in 1990. He studied clinical medicine for six years under the contrmporary medicinal sage Prof. Du Zhou Liu, then went on to study cellular biology on virus disease and cancer research, Dr, Zhao is an affiliate member of H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Ctr. In Tampa, FL. For years he engaged himself in cancer research and clinical practice at the Ctr. for TCM in Sarasota, FL. He is the author of “From Legencd to Science” and many other research publications.

• Historic overview of TCM in cancer theory by analyzing data from the classical medical books; Yellow Emperor Internal Classic, Shang Han Lun, Qian Jin Yao Fang to name a few.

• Theoretic base & philosophic foundation of cancer in TCM by discussing  relationships between cancer  and phlegm, therapeutic strategies and prevention of cancer
